The Bottomless Mimosa & Spritz Package is available for 2 hours from the booking time and includes a selection of beverages and shared food as described in the promotion. This promotion operates in accordance with Victorian liquor licensing laws.
Guests participating in the package must:
- Be 18 years of age or over.
- Consume alcohol responsibly at all times.
- Understand that management reserves the right to refuse service to any patron in accordance with Victorian RSA laws.
One beverage will be served per guest at a time. Additional beverages will only be served once the previous beverage has been finished. This package is designed for responsible enjoyment and dining, and rapid or excessive consumption of alcohol will not be permitted.
Management may suspend or terminate beverage service to any individual or group if responsible service guidelines are not followed. Beverage service times may vary depending on venue demand. No refunds will be issued where service is refused due to intoxication or inappropriate behaviour.
1. Booking Requirements
- Price is $69 per person.
- Minimum booking of two guests applies.
- Single bookings are not available for this promotion.
- The entire table must participate in the bottomless package.
- Bookings are essential. Walk-ins cannot be guaranteed.
- Full prepayment is required to secure a booking. Any unpaid bookings must be settled prior to being seated.
- Bookings are available Friday, Saturday and Sunday between 11:30am and 2:30pm.
2. Session Duration
- The bottomless beverage package runs for 2 hours from the confirmed booking time.
- Booking start times are either 11:30am or 12:30pm.
- Late arrivals do not extend the session time.
- Tables are reserved for a maximum of two hours.
- Last drinks will be called 10 minutes before the end of the session.
3. Food Inclusions
The package includes a shared food experience, which may include:
- Shared breads with house dips
- Charcuterie selection
- Chef's selection of bites
- Shared dessert plate
Menu items may vary depending on seasonal availability.
4. Beverage Inclusions
During the allocated session guests may enjoy:
- Mimosas
- Lemon or Blood Orange Spritz
- Bubbly
- Pink Moscato
- House wines
- Selected beers on tap

5. Responsible Service of Alcohol
Nero's Table adheres strictly to Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol laws.
- Management reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol at any time.
- Guests must not supply alcohol to intoxicated persons.
- Drinks may not be shared with guests who are not participating in the bottomless package.
- Intoxicated or disorderly guests may be refused further service or asked to leave.
- No refunds will be provided in these circumstances.
6. Conduct and Safety
- Guests must behave responsibly and respectfully while participating in the promotion.
- Nero's Table reserves the right to terminate the package for any guest who behaves inappropriately.
7. Cancellations & Changes
- Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to the booking.
- Bookings may be released if guests arrive more than 15 minutes late.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of payment.
8. Dietary Requirements
- Dietary requirements must be advised at the time of booking.
- While every effort is made to accommodate dietary needs, Nero's Table cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
9. Promotion Conditions
- This offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
- Offer availability will be limited or unavailable during special events and public holidays.
- Nero's Table reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion without notice.
